Terms and Conditions of Sale
Thank you for your interest in West Bay, Inc., home to the following hair collections: Sepia, Elegante’, EuroNext, Love It, MOD Collection, Pure Beaute’, BLUSH, Kuumba, CHARACTERS and GlamourEyez.
As a wholesaler only, West Bay, Inc. is not open to the general public. ALL potential new customers must provide a true and current retail business license and also Tax ID number (TIN) that shows the current address of the business location before any catalogs and pricing information can be given. In addition, all new accounts must fill out, sign and fax back (323) 720-5799 or email back to firstname.lastname@example.org the Business Application found in the New Accounts section.
West Bay, Inc. has a $300.00 minimum order per order policy. West Bay, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any orders that do not meet the minimum or charge a handling fee of up to $25.00. All new accounts are opened on credit card terms (Visa, M/C, American Express or Discover) unless an open account is pre-approved. Please allow for at least 10 business days for review of open account requests once all required documents are submitted.
All Sales Are Final:
All sales are final! If merchandise is defective or incorrect, West Bay, Inc. will remedy the matter upon inspection and verification. Defects and shipping errors must be brought to West Bay, Inc.’s attention no later than 5 business days after receipt of goods.
To report defects and shipping errors, please contact your account representative or a sales manager at West Bay, Inc. and further instructions will be given. All defects and shipping errors that are being shipped back to West Bay, Inc. must be shipped with insurance and tracking capability. West Bay, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to return items.
Return items will be charged a restocking fee of up to 15% of the value of return items. Shipping and freight charges are not refundable to customer.
West Bay, Inc. reserves the right to refuse credit for any return items where the original condition of the product or packaging has been compromised. Return items must not have been worn, used or tried on at any time for any length of time. All return items must be in the original condition in which the client received such from West Bay, Inc. All tags, labels, packaging, etc… must be present and in its original condition. Return items are NOT to have, under any circumstances, price tags or markings from the customer’s retail business. Such items will be returned to customer.
